SproutEd Learning is an organization started by a group of alumni of the Srishti Institute of Art, Design, and Technology. Our mission is to enable contextual learning through a radical bottom-up approach, empowering learners to thrive in a rapidly changing landscape. We believe in the idea of being a lifelong learner rooted in experience and reflection. We envision education as a magical process of play and organic growth. In this educational landscape of the 21st century, SproutEd takes the conscious position of being in a facilitative role that unlocks the potential within learners. In the process of being, we have critically analyzed mechanics that construct communities, play, happiness/joy, inclusivity, and freedom. We strive to conjure up a reflective and supportive community that brings resilience and unlocks opportunities in beautiful societies.

The Problem

The approach to education in India is pretty much top-down. This one size fits all model of education has proven to hurt learning outcomes for many learners The traditional approach to education is losing relevance in a rapidly

innovating world.

Our Take

Current top-down models of education fail to consider the contextual aspirations of learners, parents, and institutions, leading to catastrophic systemic failures such as high dropout rates, suicides, and unemployment.

What exactly?

1) We offer Design thinking as an educational module through personalized and contextual way for learners from diverse demographics and backgrounds such as students, parents from different professional paths, and teachers.

2) We provide customized learning R&D labs These labs enable contextual education without compromising basic learning requirements. It utilizes a radical bottom-up approach to tweak curricula and unleash the true potential of education Offering tailored solutions to educational institutions
